Of more than fifty varieties of basil, genovese basil is among our favorites. It is a staple in our everyday life. Besides starring in our thirst-quenching basil infusions and delicious meals from Napolitan Pizza to our medicinal pesto pasta, we also use this and other varieties of basil in our spa treatments, and we even use it in the shower.
