Anyone that has visited Vida Lotus headquarters in Limon, Panama, has certainly enjoyed hearing this track. It’s the all time favourite musical piece of our founder. It was composed and performed by our founder’s dear friend, the late great Chris Bendo on his solo album, Bonzz. This heavenly melody comes in right at the most relaxing part of our healing sessions, helping our patients to feel the divine love that makes such blissful harmonies possible.

This method will alleviate most migraines in 5 minutes.

Before beginning this treatment, ask the patient to rate her pain from 0-10. If it is a full blown migraine, the pain level will always be 10. Spend about one minute on each of the five moves shown in the video. Then, ask the patient to rate her pain again. In most cases, the pain will have reduced by half or may be completely gone. Repeat the five moves in the video until the pain is completely gone.

I developed these techniques and have used them every day for over 30 years to make migraine pain disappear. It works equally well for other headaches, and pain anywhere along the spinal cord except for trauma.

My Protocol for Immediate and Lasting Migraine Relief

After more than two decades of experimentation, I succeeded in developing a highly effective, non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical treatment protocol for chronic headaches and chronic migraines. The hallmark of my system is a unique method of restoring the normal energy flow (wiggliness!) throughout the entire body, such that the body is able to “heal itself” quickly and efficiently. This self-healing includes proper oxygenation and detoxification, which are apparently hindered by a lack of “wiggliness”.

In most cases, my migraine-healing method can eliminate an acute migraine attack in under ten minutes. By the end of the first session (which typically lasts 1.5 – 2 hours), the energy flow has been restored to the extent that approximately 80% of migraine sufferers will not have a recurrence for an extended period, generally 6 months – 1 year, even without a follow-up treatment. In the remaining 20% of subjects where migraines do continue, they are generally more than 50% less frequent and less severe. In these cases, a follow-up treatment may further improve the condition.

What is Yoga?

Yoga is unity, union. It is the reality of the entire universe; I am yoga, you are yoga.

Yoga is not an exercise. It is not an activity. You don’t have to ‘disconnect’ from the universe, nor is it possible. Sure, you can put your phone down for a bit. But you are always connected. There is nothing to connect. Just be aware, that’s all.

You do not need a perfect body* to practice yoga. In fact, whatever body you have right now is the perfect body to use to start or continue your practice. Sure, it is possible to improve your body using yoga exercises. But this can be seen as a side benefit compared to the most important spiritual benefits.

Gandhi, when he first walked past Vida Lotus Retreat & Spa, was on a starvation diet, was extremely thin, and suffered a severe case of mange. The following two photos do NOT do justice to how horrible his skin was. He had open wounds covering much of his body, with thousands of maggots and countless other parasites literally eating him alive. He may have been the saddest dog in history.
